PassCredit manages financial activities (mortgages, loans, etc.) and related sales structures, including  the calculation of commissions.
Once a customer loads standard personal data, it can then be matched with the associated sales structure and any business contributors can be managed, including passive commissions for business contributors, organized in appropriate tables with customized quotas according to product.
The sales structure enables the display of acknowledged commission percentages and the implementation of a pyramid structure (for the purpose of managing cascade commissions).
The company lays out the products it sells in a related commissions table, as well as the cost basis pursuant to which commissions recognized to the sales structure are calculated.
Management of a dossier makes it possible to load a series of data which includes, in addition obviously to the customer, company and product sold:
  • The dossier number
  • The dossier process
    • Loading date
    • Outcome/status of the dossier (approved, rejected, subject to internal review, or refused)
    • Customer liquidation date
    • Date liquidation confirmed
    • Method of liquidation (wire transfer or cheque)
    • Duration of mortgage/loan in months
  • Product Management
    • Loading of structure, including rates
    • Calculation of active commissions
    • Active commission amount calculated
    • “Cost basis” calculation and passive commission calculation
    • Calculation of business contributor commissions
  • Management of potential beneficiary/co-obligor tables
  • Producer Management
Users can manage statistics/extrapolations on loaded dossiers for any data that has been input (status per sales structure, per individual producer, per business contributor, per procedures loaded within a given period, dossier outcome, etc.)
Lastly, with regard to business contributors and producers (sales structure), the program enables users to generate related account statements, including the calculation of passive commissions to be liquidated and management of withholding taxes.
It is also possible to generate account statements toward a company for the calculation of active commissions.
