The RGI Group’s decision to support initiatives of specific social merit was born of our conviction that value produced by a company should be shared and contribute in a responsible manner to the growth of the civil society.
Over the past several years, RGI has concentrated its initiatives on three fronts: sports, multicultural initiatives and social solidarity.

RGI sponsors the Lettera 22 sporting association, through which it launched Canestri Senza Reti (Baskets without Nets) in 2001, an international basketball tournament for the purpose of promoting solidarity.
The tournament initially involved Slavic boys, but expanded over the years to include teams from Lithuania, Denmark and Spain.

In addition, some years ago, RGI launched a collaboration with non-profit associations and founded the 7 Novembre Foundation, an ONLUS aimed at assisting persons in positions of serious social distress.
